Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains the general return and refund process for JetForge orders. Product-specific requirements may vary by product, manufacturer, supplier or item condition.

Merchant review required before launch: Add the approved return-request period here before the store is promoted to customers.

Return eligibility

Items may be eligible for return when they are unused, in original condition and include original packaging, manuals, accessories and any included parts. Products must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact JetForge through our Contact page. Include your order number, the product name, the reason for the request and photos where helpful. Do not send items back until your request has been reviewed and return instructions have been provided.

Non-returnable or special items

Custom, special-order, final-sale, used, installed, damaged-after-delivery, hazardous, consumable or product-specific restricted items may not be returnable where disclosed or where required by supplier, manufacturer or safety requirements.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide next steps based on the product, carrier information and supplier requirements.

Inspection and refunds

Returned items are reviewed after they are received. Refund eligibility and refund amount may depend on product condition, missing parts, damage, restocking requirements and applicable shipping or handling costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by the payment provider or applicable law.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs, original shipping costs, carrier fees or handling costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective or incorrect item claim. Applicable costs will be communicated during the return review process.
